Patio Roof Riser Limited Warranty

Effective Date: April 17, 2018

Patio Roof Riser (PRR) is a hardware product designed for the construction of elevated patio coverings. This Limited Warranty, applicable to all PRR products purchased after the effective date, outlines the terms and conditions governing warranty coverage. Please review this warranty in conjunction with our General Notes, General Instructions for the Installer, and Terms & Conditions of Sale, as well as any other relevant documentation available on our website or product packaging (collectively referred to as "Patio Roof Riser Documentation").

Limited Warranty Coverage: Patio Roof Riser warrants that each product is free from substantial defects in materials, manufacturing, and design when properly specified, installed, and maintained, in compliance with specified design limits, technical guidelines, and structural requirements as provided by a licensed engineer and approved by the local building code regulatory official.

Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Products purchased from unauthorized sources.
Deterioration or damage due to environmental conditions, improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
Failures or damage resulting from improper installation, application, or preparation.
Use of the product without site-specific engineering approval.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or use not in accordance with documentation.
Damage caused by the building site, foundation, or third-party products.
Damage resulting from structures with design defects or non-compliance with building codes.
Modified products or non-standard use.
Damage caused by natural events.
Workmanship or services not provided by Patio Roof Riser.
Damage caused by the actions of third parties.

Limitations:

Patio Roof Riser's warranty obligation is limited to repairing or replacing defective products. Labor or other associated costs are not covered under this warranty. The purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities associated with product use.

Disclaimer: This Limited Warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Woodstone or Patio Roof Riser be liable for incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service, contact Patio Roof Riser within 60 days of discovering a potential claim. Provide proof of purchase, installation records, access for inspection, and samples of the product if requested. PRR may issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for product return if necessary.

Additional Information:

No one is authorized to modify or add to this Limited Warranty. Woodstone's failure to enforce any terms, conditions, or limitations does not waive their applicability. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not intended to create rights in third parties.
