Typically, prefabricated systems are lightweight and will tie into facia or mount on the roof in a non-structural way that is prone to leaks. This customer chose to take advantage of Patio Roof Riser's revolutionary hardware to solve these problems!
Customer Note
The back of the house faces south. I purchased an overhang, Canopia by Palram, to be added for coverage. Due to the low height of my roof and soffit, I needed a special attachment to connect the overhang to my house. The existing gutters did not have to be removed. The Roof Risers gave it just enough height to allow air circulation and not let the snow come in underneath it. Love it out there.
